SEY acts internationally with especially two organizations to help providing good treatment to animals.

SEY is a member of lobbying European animal welfare organization Eurogroup for Animals. Eurogroup provides its wide competence for European Union’s institutions’ (Council of European Union, European Parliament and European Commission) to use. The goal of Eurogroup’s work is that animals’ welfare would be taken into account in every relevant region of union policy and that union’s animal welfare acts are ratified and also obeyed.

In addition to that, SEY is also member of WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals). WSPA has concentrated its’ activity to four major fields: pets, wild animals’ commercial utilization, product animals and help in disasters.
